1. Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to orders and enquiries placed with GolfHouse for products shown on this website. By confirming an order, the customer accepts the product description, final price, delivery charge and applicable policies shown or communicated before payment.
Prices and stock
- All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). MRP and Sale Price are shown separately where a promotion applies.
- Stock displayed online is indicative until the order is confirmed. GolfHouse may correct genuine pricing, specification or inventory errors before accepting payment.
- A contract is formed only after GolfHouse accepts the order and confirms payment or cash-on-delivery eligibility.
Customer responsibility
Customers must provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Club specification, shaft, flex, handedness, glove size and colour should be checked before confirmation.
2. Privacy Policy
GolfHouse may collect a customer’s name, phone number, email address, delivery address, order details and support correspondence to process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud and provide after-sales service.
- Payment-card credentials are entered on the authorised payment gateway and are not intended to be stored by GolfHouse.
- Order information may be shared only with payment, courier, technology and regulatory service providers where needed to complete the transaction or comply with law.
- GolfHouse does not sell customer personal information. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards will be used to protect it.
- Customers may request correction of their contact information or ask questions about stored data through the helpline.
3. Shipping and Delivery Policy
GolfHouse offers delivery across Bangladesh, subject to courier coverage and product-handling requirements.
The final delivery charge and estimate will be disclosed before payment or order confirmation. Delays may occur because of weather, public holidays, remote locations, courier disruption or events beyond GolfHouse’s control. Customers should inspect the outer package at delivery and promptly report visible transit damage.
4. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Proposed return period: 7 days
A return request may be made within seven calendar days after delivery for an unused product in its original, undamaged packaging with invoice, labels, accessories and gifts intact.
- Golf clubs that have been played, custom-fitted, altered, regripped or damaged after delivery are not eligible for change-of-mind return.
- Opened golf-ball boxes, worn gloves and other hygiene-sensitive or consumable items are not returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
- Incorrect, incomplete, damaged or apparently defective delivery should be reported within 48 hours with clear photographs or video.
- An order may be cancelled before dispatch without a delivery charge. After dispatch, courier and return transport charges may be deducted unless the error belongs to GolfHouse.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable, subject to gateway/bank processing time and lawful deductions disclosed to the customer.
5. Warranty and Product Authenticity
GolfHouse guarantees that products sold as new and authentic are sourced through its declared import or authorised supply channel. Customers receive a sales record or invoice as proof of purchase.
- Any manufacturer warranty applies only where it is specifically stated on the product page, warranty card or invoice.
- Warranty normally covers verified manufacturing defects during the stated warranty period; it does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, misuse, impact damage, unauthorised repair, modification, corrosion, improper storage or loss.
- A warranty claim may require the product, invoice, serial details and supporting photographs to be inspected. GolfHouse will coordinate assessment and the available remedy under the applicable supplier terms.
- No fixed warranty period should be assumed where the invoice or product listing does not state one.
6. Payment and EMI Terms
GolfHouse intends to accept eligible card, mobile financial service and other payments through SSLCOMMERZ after merchant activation. Available methods are those displayed by the secure gateway at checkout.
- EMI is available only for eligible cards, issuing banks, transaction values and tenures offered at checkout. Bank interest, fees, approval and conversion remain subject to the bank’s current terms.
- GolfHouse does not guarantee EMI approval and cannot change a bank’s EMI decision after payment.
- An order is not paid until GolfHouse receives successful gateway verification. Failed, cancelled or timed-out transactions do not confirm an order.
- Any duplicate or reversed transaction will be reviewed using the gateway reference and handled through the relevant provider and bank process.

GolfHouse is a Bangladesh golf-equipment retailer and display-centre operator serving golfers with selected international products, local product guidance and after-sales coordination. This Mizuno collection brings imported complete sets, irons, utility clubs, bags, balls, gloves and accessories together in one locally supported experience.
